About Talley Performance Horses
Scott Talley
Scott has been fully immersed in the horse industry since his childhood, growing up riding colts for his uncle and seeking every opportunity to look between two ears. With a strong desire to be the best horseman possible Scott sought every opportunity to ride with Ray Hunt, Tom Curtin, Mike Armstrong, and Derek Wise. His time with them molded him into the soft, effective horseman he is today. Scott has spent the better part of 27 years starting colts, training and fixing show horses, and continuing to refine his horsemanship from the belief that learning is never over. Through the years, Scott has collected accolades in many arenas with numerous ARHA World titles, AQHA Ranch wins, ranch rodeo buckles, and even a decorated bull riding career.
When he’s not at a horse show you can still find Scott at a rodeo picking up broncs and bulls or out catching loose cattle.
